Activity List: Editing Activity Dates

You may need to update the date for a client activity or assessment. This article explains how to do so within the Activity List.

1. Open the Activity List

  1. Navigate to the Client Profile.

  2. The Activity List displays all logged activities.


2. Select the Activity to Edit

  1. Click to highlight the activity you wish to change.

  2. In the summary information pane below the list, locate the Activity Date field.

  3. Click the Edit button next to the date.

⚠️ Don’t see the Edit button?
This means your user account does not have permission to edit activity dates. Please contact your program supervisor or manager.


3. Use the Edit Activity Date Popup

Once you click Edit, a popup will appear:

  • Use the calendar icon to open a date picker.

  • Future dates (after today) will be grayed out. You can only select today's date or a past date.

  • Click the Today button to auto-fill today's date.

  • You can also modify the time if needed.

  • Click Save to apply changes.

⚠️ Backdating an Activity?
Be cautious. Backdating an activity before the client’s current enrollment period may have consequences.


4. Editing Assessment Dates

You can edit assessments in the same way:

  1. Select the assessment in the Activity List.

  2. In the summary information pane, click Edit next to the activity date.

  3. The popup will display your client’s current enrollment dates to help guide you.

  4. Select a new date and save.


Summary

  • Activity and assessment dates can be changed from the summary pane in the Activity List.

  • You must have the proper permissions to see the Edit button.

  • Dates cannot be set in the future.

  • Use the Today button for a quick selection.

  • Always verify that the date aligns with the client’s enrollment period.
