Activity List Display

Sorting and Searching the Activity Log: The Activity Log in Persimmony lists all client activities, assessments, and updates. By default, the log may display the oldest items first. You can quickly change the view so the most recent activities appear at the top, and you can also filter or search to find specific items.

Sorting by Date

  • Open the Activity Log within the client’s profile.

  • Locate the Date column.

  • Click the Arrow icon next to the column header.

  • This toggles the list:

    • One click shows oldest activities first.

    • Another click shows most recent activities first.

 

Filtering Activities

  • Click the Funnel icon in the toolbar.

  • Select from available options to narrow the list, such as:

    • Activity Type

    • Assessment

Searching the Log

  • Use the Magnifying Glass icon to open the search bar.

  • Enter a keyword, assessment title, or phrase.

  • Results will highlight matching activities.

Summary

The Activity Log can be customized to display the most relevant information first. Use the arrow to sort by date, the funnel to filter, and the magnifying glass to search. These tools help you quickly locate recent or specific activities in a client profile.
